Your role
We are looking for a team player with experience from IT-system development and change management. We need to expand our team in the Future Technology department with an experienced project manager. You will work as a project manager for our Digital Transformation project (CLiQ – Cut Leadtime Improve Quality). The purpose with the project is to create a digital thread through the whole product life cycle. Focus right now is hardware development and production. The project has high attention in the organization due to the importance of increasing the efficiency of our product development. The project is characterized by great commitment, a positive atmosphere, and a clear structure.
At Future Technology you will be part of a very competent and cross-functional team. We work with digitalization, additive manufacturing (AM) and different research activities among other things, which creates a very innovative work environment. The team works cross-site, so business travel may be required on rare occasions. There is an option to work from home, but we would like you to enjoy working on-site to be fully engaged in the project.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and has excellent communication skills. You should be goal-oriented and have a keen interest in the "big picture" and business needs. As a flexible team player who can adapt to change, you should embody the spirit of “together as one.”
In this role it is important to be passionate about method and process development, problem solving and new ways of working. Experience in leading workshops is highly desirable. Experience from software development and/or IT projects is also preferred.
Required skills:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science
Several years of relevant work experience, preferably within:
Change management
Project management
IT system architecture
Agile methodology
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
MBD (Model Based Definition)
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
